So today’s a particularly exciting law of attraction lesson., We are going to be talking about the 17th second rule by Abraham Hicks. Overall, it’s a really good exercise to do. You will notice you will be getting really good b at aligning yourself with the law of attraction and achieving pretty much anything you want.
So the first thing I want to say before we get into this lesson is that in one way or another, You attracted this information to you. And you did it at the perfect time. you’re going through something right now or there’s something you’re trying to attract. This post just kind of came at the right time.
That’s how you’re going to feel when you’re done learning the 17 second rule. When I first started practicing this it kind of just came into my life,. Now I want to give you a quick little recap. In case you are not familiar with this usual technique.

That video course is a lot more intense and indebt than this 17 second technique. However, this is a great way to start the power flowing to you. Let’s begin.
Clearing the cobwebs of your mind
In 1906, Charles Haneel wrote in his law of attraction book, The Master Key system, ” Our difficulties are largely due to confused ideas and ignorance of our true interest.” That simply means that most people have not settled on a very specific goal in which to project their mind onto. Therefore, mental clarity is the genesis of harnessing the power of the law of attraction.
Here is the one point you need to take away with you today. If you forget everything else, engrave this idea in your mind. Let it sink in subconsciously. If you have a clearly defined idea, and you TRULY fall in love with it, you will undoubtedly attract it into your life. How quickly it will come into your life is a direct reflection of the power of love you feel for that particular thing.
This cannot be a fleeting, light hearted image and desire. It MUST be an all consuming obsession for the thing you want. You must be clear and it must have a strong feeling of desire or love attached to it. If you combine both a clear picture of what you want, and connect the feeling of love with that picture, you will create magic in attracting that outcome. The 17 second meditation
The 17 second exercise is designed to help you focus your mind and create the appropriate feels in order to bring about the vibrations that with invoke the law of attraction. This technique is to be executed in sets of 4. Total time should be a minimum of 68 seconds.
You will see the Law of Attraction in play immediately. You will experience similar thoughts being attracted to you as you complete you 17 second session. You will become keenly aware of how the mind works and how you attract ideas to you.
As mentioned before, the starting point is a clearly defined goal. That goal should also have a strong feeling of joy, excitement or love. The key is having a strong positive vibration attached to the picture you are holding in your mind. The law of attraction states that like attracts like. That is on a vibrational level. Connect a clearly defined thought with a strong positive feeling and you create the vibration you need to bring your objective to fruition.
The best times to practice this technique is immediately upon waking in the morning. Don’t even get out of bed before you practice this. The second best time is right before going to sleep at night. Both these times will influence the alpha state of mind. Alpha is a very specific brain wave frequency that allows you to connect to your subconscious mind directly.
The next important thing to become aware of is the need for repetition. The conscious mind is the gatekeeper of the subconscious mind. It is always attempting to protect your subconscious mind from getting false impressions. Therefore, repetition is require to eventually convince the conscious mind to open to the belief you are attempting to install.
It should go without saying, your commitment to this practice will reveal your true desire to manifest that particular thing. Interestingly, you don’t need money or to exert physical energy in order to work this exercise. You simply need consistency. If you truly want what you say you want, follow through until you manifest it.
The three step process to invoke the law of attraction
- Get comfortable and relax the body. Sit or lay down in a comfortable position. Take three deep breaths. Inhale through your nose. Exhale through your mouth. Tell your body to relax.
- Get into your picture. Form a clear and distinct picture of your end results. Here you must incorporate all five senses. What would it smell like? What would it taste like? What would it feel like to live in the actual accomplishment of your goal? Give yourself fully to the experience. Attach the feelings of joy, excitement or love. Hold this for at least 17 seconds.
- Repeat this process with a similar mental scene. Again, fully engage in the experience. Incorporate all the senses. Attach the intense feelings. Commit every ounce of mental energy to this vision. Feel it real. Hold that experience for 17 seconds. repeat at least 2 more times.
If you are diligent with this simple exercise for as little as 7 to 10 days, you will see things coming to you. You will notice doors opening. People will come into your life that will line up with your goal. In short, you will experience magic.
The power of this 17 second exercise will bring to you an awareness that you have much more control than you currently realize. Your mind has the power to release vibrations that are magnetic. You have the ability to manifest much more than you are doing at the moment. Test it for yourself.
